Hi it's Shohei.
I would like to introduce an item that I wear the most among the items that I personally ordered at the SS22 exhibition held last year.
The design, the comfort, the ease of matching and caring for the clothes, it can be said 3-tool player. (Otherwise, I wouldn't wear it more than two or three times a week.)
So here we go!
Large hood and handwarmer
The raincoat I introduced in my last blog also has a strong presence in terms of design and function, but I tend to be attracted to things with functional design and buy them because of my current mood.
The large hood can work as an accent when layering. And above all, it is warm. The hood is roomy even when worn over a cap, and it doesn't ruin the overall silhouette, which is very much appreciated.
↑The fabric has moderate luster and looks elegant, doen't it?
The densely knitted fabric is firm, so the hood stands up well and gives a clean look to the face.
In contrast to the firmness of the outer fabric, the lining is made of pile like a towel, making it very comfortable to wear.
Details
If you look closely, you can see that the hem is made of polyester and has a drawstring attached to it. You can arrange the hem shape by the drawstring.
The drawstring works great, but I personally like the design here, which is a mix of different materials in tonal colors, and I'm attracted to it.
And one more thing, there are slits on the sides and mesh fabric in it. Easy movement, good ventilation, and the bright blue color. Again, the design and function of this product are well thought out.
Jadeite color features moss green mesh.
Limited edition for KUON Store
The mesh fabric on sides are arranged to BORO printed mesh.
White × Pale
Navy × Blue
Jadeite × Pale (Thanks, sold out!))
The bolo print mesh has a pop of spring feel in it, and makes you feel light and bright.
It's so hard to decide between the plain mesh and the BORO printed mesh...should I buy both? If you are in the area, please have a look and compare.
Thank you!
