FOIL COATED Coaches Jacket w/SAKIORI Patch(2101-JK0102)
The Coach Jacket comes in a fresh, spring-like sky blue color. The back of the jacket has a hexagonal SAKIORI patch inspired by KUON logo mark.
The main fabric is made of cotton, and as you can see in the photo, it is very glossy and resilient.
It has a refreshing sky blue color and a glossy finish. Even when displayed in a store, it has a outstanding presence.
It has this glossy look and amazing presence when I wear it.
The secret of this luster is expressed by coating the outer surface of the 100% cotton fabric with a foil called transparent foil.
I asked the designer, Ishibashi about transparent foil because it didn't sound familiar to me.
First of all, it is thanks to traditional Japanese techniques that the foil can be stretched so thinly and evenly. If you think of gold or silver foil, it may be easier to imagine. However, it is difficult to imagine gold or silver foil being used for clothing.
Then, transparent foil.
By coating the cotton fabric with transparent foil, the coach Jacket has a lustrous presence. As mentioned earlier, it is only through the skill of the craftsmen that the foil can be stretched evenly and incorporated into the clothing.
The transparent foil coating also provides a low water repellent function, so it should work well as an outfit during the rainy season.
It is designed with smart shoulders and rounded body lines to make you look smart when you wear it.
In addition, the collar is designed compact so that it can be worn sophisticatedly without the casual look.
It is also attractive because it is designed to look smart and beautiful when worn, thanks to the designer's deep knowledge of patternmaking.
