As I titled, recently I realized how fun working on E-commerce. Of course, the joy that I get from working in the physical store and chatting with customers face to face cannot be replaced, but the technology make it possible to see people that cannot visit us. Writing blogs are getting similar for me to talk in the store.
No need to say, E-commerce had gained much more importance for retail business, the pandemic accelerate it.
I still like in-store shopping because it brings not only products but also experience.
The fun of being in charge of Ecommerce
I am usually in charge of shipping for the KUON online store, and I automatically started to memorize the names/tastes of customers who often shop online. I noticed that the fundamental part is same as working in the store.
