Standing with Otsuchi — Supporting Our Artisan Community

Dear KUON Community,
As many of you may have heard, a devastating wildfire is currently affecting Otsuchi, Iwate — the very heart and home of SASHIKO GALS.
The loss of the town’s beautiful nature is heartbreaking. More importantly, several of our artisan members have been forced to evacuate. For us, having walked alongside the people of Otsuchi for 15 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake, this is not just a distant tragedy; it is a crisis hitting our own family.
We believe that the true purpose of craftsmanship is to stay connected to society and support one another in times of need.
From April 29 to May 7, 10% of all sales from the KUON Flagship Store and our Online Store will be donated to support the relief efforts in Otsuchi.
KUON remains committed to standing with Otsuchi, not just today, but for the years to come. Thank you for your continued support and for being part of this effort.
