Hi this is Shohei.
As we announced, we are going to cerebrate the 4th year anniversary of KUON Flagship Store on September 28 and 29.
Looking back, when we first opened during the COVID in 2020, we didn't have many customers. Thankfully, the number of customers has increased compared to when we first opened, and we feel the accumulation of our history with everyone on a daily basis.
Of course, the history of the store is also accumulating and changing day by day.
The air purifier installed from the store opening, it was a bit uncomfortable at that time, but it is so integrated into the store that it is taken for granted.
A collection of stores. More and more things are being added.
And then there is Nick Wooster's autograph, which he wrote when he came to Japan after COVID settled down, the two of THE INOUE BROTHERS... as well.
Since the first installation by a sculptor, Todo, the light window on the wall have displayed KUON fabrics and Todo's glass layer as art.
The designer bought this Nambu ironware wind chime in Iwate Prefecture when he went back to his parent's home last year.
The logo artwork made by Sashiko Gals.
The lantern is the second one.
Old wood pillars from an old house used for the Isetan pop-up. Now, it is used as a step in the store.
We are looking forward to your visit on our 4th year cerebration, and making further history in our fifth year with all of you.
Thank you!
