This denim fabric is made with a single ply 7 count ring spun slub yarn in the warp and a single ply 10 count ring spun slub yarn in the weft.
No sulfide dyes are used for coloring; only indigo is used, and the color is deepened by repeated rope-dyeing.
The fabric is woven in rotation, taking advantage of the shuttle loom's features, for a plush, supple finish.
