Application for Sashiko Sneaker Customization

We are going to open a window for applying Sashiko customization for sneakers from May 28 to June 7, 2025 JST.

We will be using a lottery system for accepting customizations this time. Only those selected by lottery will be able to place customization orders.

Application will be proceeded with online during the period. Please read this page carefully before applying.

How to order

Application can be proceeded with Google forms during the application period at the link in the end of this article.

Be noted before application

1. Customization Price: 1,600 USD (100% paid upon placing the order)

*If you would like to receive the finished items by delivery, freight cost, tax and duties will be added to the price above.

2. Design will be decided by artists (Sashiko Gals), you can select 1 contrast stitching color if you would like

3. Accepted only 1 pair per person

4. All sneakers must be washed or cleaned by applicants before customization

5. Some sneakers cannot be accepted. eg. too worn out, made of leather, hard materials, fragile materials, EVA *Any concerns, contact us beforehand

6. No cancellation, refund, complaints are accepted

7. We reserve the right to refuse the service to customers who do not respect the above terms & conditions

*These are estimated minimum prices. It varies on the destination, materials of the product and other aspects. It will be calculated upon placing the order.

*If the customs duty rate at the time of delivery is different from the rate used at the time of your order, you may be required to pay additional charges at the time of delivery. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
