This is the last blog for the year of 2023.
Thanks to all of you, we have cerebrated the 3rd anniversary this year.
For those of you who have been coming to the store for a long time, we were able to get to know each other even better by talking about things other than clothes.
For those of you who visited us for the first time this year, you got to know the store and our aesthetics.
Those who met us for the first time at our two pop-up stores at Isetan Shinjuku got to know KUON.
For those of you who are unable to visit the store, we have become close to each other through communication via e-mail, Instagram messengers and phone calls, to the point where we have learned each other's names.
Many travelers from overseas visited the KUON Flagship Store during their limited time in Japan, out of the many stores available.
Neighboring stores helped with the event we held.
I can't write enough about how many people have supported us over the year and how much fun we have had. From all of the KUON team, we can only say, "Thank you so much!"
The first events of 2024
From now, I'll share what we will do for the first business days of 2024.
To all of you who have always supported us, we will do our best by preparing a special product and a special sale from January 2 for our annual "Hatsuuri", the first business days.
Special sale
"Hatsuuri" is one of the most important event for retailers in Japan. It means that retailers start business for the first time in the new year. It is said that it started back in Edo period.
For some reasons, it is said that January 2nd is the best day to start something, and traditionally retailers have the "Hatsuuri" event from the 2nd of January by having special items, like "Fukubukuro (lucky bag)" and special markdown as a token of appreciation to their customers.
In keeping with tradition, the KUON Flagship Store will open for business on January 2 with a special sale starts from 40% off! There are many famous temples and shrines nearby, such as Meiji Jingu Shrine and Togo Shrine, so please stop by after your New Year's visit.
*The sale will be held online store from noon on the January 2nd JST as well.

Let's move on to the special item.
Boro Daruma
As you might guess right. The limited hand made Boro Daruma. The quality has gotten higher!
First comes, first served since it is available in limited quantity.
When lined up side by side, they are powerful.
In honor of the year 2024, it will be sold only at our store for "JPY20,240". (Sorry, only one Daruma per person can be purchased.)
